Create YOUR running table based on minimum speed/km

Follow the instructions and fill in the data with the kilometres and speed you want to achieve. The system will generate an ideal table. Don't exaggerate with impossible speeds, as you could end up injuring yourself.

The training plan based on the speed in min/Km as the race pace will be generated based on the information below to enable you to have proper training.

The calculated table will not take into consideration the athlete's current training level, as it will create the different training steps based on the race pace to travel the indicated goal.

Select the Kilometers of your race goal in Step 1 and enter the race pace speed in minutes:seconds per kilometer. In running, speed is often expressed NOT in KM/hour.

3 - Complete to calculate the table

The Table will be created on the number of weeks of training with a commitment process of three stages: TESTING, SETTING and OPTIMIZATION.

  • In the TEST phase you will be able to understand the real value of the commitment you have chosen, so that you can possibly modify the parameters you have chosen.
  • In the SETTING phase, quality training is introduced.
  • In the OPTIMIZATION phase, typical distance characteristics are enhanced.

Why create a training program for yourself? Because a program, being well articulated and structured, ties each workout together with a common thread to make the athlete improve.

The lack of a progressive training plan could not lead the athlete to improve.

Remember that this training program, needs an athlete who is able to run at an even pace and evenly distribute his or her energy.

If this ability is lacking, it is quite useless to follow customized programs with quality workouts.
