Create YOUR Running Plan Based on Total Time

Follow the instructions and complete the details with the kilometers and the time you want to achieve; the system will generate an ideal plan. Don’t overdo it with impossible times, as you might risk injury.

The training plan based on the target total travel time, will be generated based on the information below to enable you to have adequate training.

The calculated table will not take into account the athlete's current training level, as it will create the different training steps based on the total time to travel the indicated goal.

1 - Your training goal:

Select how many km you want to calculate the expert assisted training table on.

2 - Enter the Total Time you would like to achieve:

Select the Km of your race goal in Step 1 and enter the time you want to achieve in running the indicated Km.

3 - Complete to calculate the table

The Table will be created on the number of weeks of training with a commitment process of three stages: TESTING, SETTING and OPTIMIZATION.

  • In the TEST phase you will be able to understand the real value of the commitment you have chosen, so that you can possibly modify the parameters you have chosen.
  • In the SETTING phase, quality training is introduced.
  • In the OPTIMIZATION phase, typical distance characteristics are enhanced.

Why create a training program for yourself? Because a program, being well articulated and structured, ties each workout together with a common thread to make the athlete improve.

The lack of a progressive training plan could not lead the athlete to improve.

Remember that this training program, needs an athlete who is able to run at an even pace and evenly distribute his or her energy.

If this ability is lacking, it is quite useless to follow customized programs with quality workouts.
